The room was very clean and a good size, glasses were provided. The room was spacious! the bed allowed restful sleep. The pool was a nice bonus. The hotel location is close to train stations, this made visiting family easy. dinner and breakfast in the hotel were fresh and hot.
my room was right next to the fire door, i heard people going in and out of the stairwell all night.

I found the food delivered quickly. the burger was very good. plenty of tvs and large screens were available. i recommend downloading the village app for a discount. Breakfast was lovely. It was fresh and hot.

the staff was very helpful in all departments i found the food to be great the lunch was as fresh as it could be. i also appreciated a staff member greeting us and helping us check in he went through everything. he asked how to support me as a disabled guest and informed us that our special request had been completed.
i noticed the corridors to rooms are dark and dingy i also saw the walls looked like they have not had a coat of paint in years. the breakfast was very basic i found powdered eggs, cold sausage and fatty bacon.

The room was very very comfy and tidy with everything i needed, including a kettle, iron, and ironing board. the bed was very comfortable, ensuring a great night's sleep. The window blind effectively blocked out all light. i also enjoyed a fantastic burger at the bar and grill, where plenty of tvs were available for watching sports.
I found the corridor areas needed some paintwork. They looked a little tatty and damaged.

The staff at reception were very helpful and friendly at check-in. Parking was easy. The food was excellent, with a varied menu available at the bar grille.. The rooms are very tidy, super clean and cozy.
Only one side of the bed had a plug socket, a minor inconvenience for charging devices.
